We are proud to announce The John Carroll School was named among Baltimore's Top Workplaces 2020 in the small employers category by the Baltimore Sun!
To identify top area workplaces, The Sun collaborated with Energage, an employee research and consulting firm based in Philadelphia. The Sun and Energage solicited nominations together this past summer then surveyed the employees of companies that chose to participate. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few. Energage analyzed the data to identify the Baltimore region’s Top Workplaces, scoring and ranking the results and dividing employers into small, midsize and large categories.
During this year unlike any other in our school's history, this award seem particularly fitting and follows on the heels of John Carroll receiving the Andrew Klein Legacy Award presented by the Harford County Chamber of Commerce in October.
