John Carroll Senior Kate Rizzieri has received $1000 for winning a Charlie Riley Community Service Scholarship. The annual scholarship is awarded to Harford County seniors who demonstrate leadership commitment to the community through extracurricular activities and community service and is sponsord by the Charlie Riley Community Service Scholarship Foundation.
