A selection of John Carroll students will travel to Costa Rica this winter, from December 26 to January 3, 2016.
Visit with local students in San Carlos, take a Rio Frio Wildlife Boat Tour to view exotic animals that include 400 species of birds and 100 species of mammals, visit the Arenal Volcano, horseback ride to the lush cloud forest of Monteverde, swing far above the forest floor on the world famous Monteverde Canopy tour, enjoying views from a series of platforms, suspension bridges and thrilling zip-lines. Continue on to Puntarenas on the Golfo de Nicoya and Manuel Antonio National Park to enjoy a Costa Rica cooking lesson and dance lesson.
