Thomas J. "Boomer" Carr, '14, recently achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest award of the Boy Scouts of America. For his Eagle Scout project, Boomer constructed an outdoor classroom for the children who attend the Wilson Community Center's after school and day camp in Darlington. He is a member of Troop 965, where he has served as senior patrol leader and is currently the chief the Harford County chapter of Order of the Arrow.
