The John Carroll field hockey program is delighted to welcome Lindsey Puckett to the coaching staff. Ms. Puckett is a 2013 graduate of the University of Maryland, and a four-year member of the field hockey team. While at Maryland, Ms. Puckett and the Terrapins won National Championships in 2010 and 2011, two ACC Championships, and played in 4 Final Fours. In 2012, she was a recipient of the Sabrina Salem Award which is given to a player that demonstrates an elite level of quality of life academically, socially and spiritually while exemplifying a championship lifestyle. High school honors included being named the 2008 Baltimore Sun's “All- Metro Player of the Year,” winning two State Championships and four Regional Championships and receiving recognition as a High School Regional All-American four years, 1st Team All-Metro player three years, and 1st Team All-State three years. She was also named to the Aegis' All-County 1st Team all four years. Finally, Ms. Puckett was a member of the U.S. Field Hockey’s Futures Program where she was selected to the Junior Olympic Tournament three years and the National Futures Tournament six years. Ms. Puckett brings a wealth of field hockey knowledge and experience to JC, as well as tremendous energy and a love for the sport. Please join us in welcoming her to the Patriot family!
