The third annual potluck dinner for international students and host families was held on Tuesday, October 29th. It was a wonderful opportunity for fellowship and Halloween fun!
Many of the international students and host family members came in costume and brought delicious ethnic dishes to share. Prizes were given for the three top costumes and best ethnic dishes prepared by international students. Lucy CHEN, Michael TERTSEA and Vanilla TONG won prizes for best costumes. Prizes for best ethnic dishes were given to Leo LI, Mateus MACCIERI and Kelly SEO. Upon returning to the St. Joseph Hall, our residential students founds some special treats: a jack-o-lantern on the doorstep of their home and filled trick-or-treat buckets hanging on their bedroom doors!
