Thanks to you, The John Carroll School's 2019 Black & Gold Gala: Roaring Into the 20's was truly "the bee's knees!"
We announced at the Gala, thanks to the incredible generosity of the attendees, we raised $100,000 for the new Andrew P. Klein Memorial Peace and Justice Grant, an endowed grant for faculty and staff development that honors the legacy of Andy Klein '71 and his passion and commitment to tolerance, peace and social justice.
Additionally, through the support of our wonderful sponsors, the Gala netted an additional $70,000 to fund campus renovations and student scholarships, for a grand total of $170,000 given by the incomparable John Carroll community to honor an exceptional alumnus and support a one-of-a-kind school.
We are beyond grateful to each and every one of our more than 430 friends who gathered to celebrate our school and pay tribute to our dear friend Andy Klein during an unforgettable and poignant evening. We also want to once again thank Gala Committee Chair Deborah DiBiagio, the entire Gala Committee and all the volunteers who helped make it a magical evening.
