The financial impact of the closures caused by COVID-19 can be felt in every industry, including the arts. Many in our community find their livelihood in artistic endeavors. College Preparatory Dance Program Director Mrs. Laura Ward-Moran and her fellow members of the Harford County Cultural Arts Board have recently approved an Emergency Relief Grant for Artists in the Harford County area. This grant will provide needed assistance in amounts up to $1,000 for local artists struggling with financial loses related to this crisis.
